1 Kings 9 tells the Lord's answer to Solomon after the completion of the construction of the temple and the palace. 2 Chronicles 7:14: "If my people, which is called by my name, humble themselves, pray and pursue my face and move away from their evil ways, from heaven I will hear him, forgive his sin and heal his earth . "This verse highlights the wisdom that Solomon received from God to rule with righteousness.
2 Samuel 7:12-13: "When your days are over and you rest with your ancestors, I will establish your descendant to succeed you, who will come out of your own body, and will sign your kingdom. He will build a temple in honor By my name, and I will establish the throne of your kingdom forever. " This verse highlights the fulfillment of God's promises to David, which were fulfilled during Solomon's reign.
