John, 15

20. Remember what I told you: the servant is not greater than his master; if they persecuted me, they will persecute you, too. Have they kept my teaching? Will they then keep yours?

John chapter 15 contains Jesus' words about the true vine and its branches. He teaches the importance of remaining in him and his commandments to produce fruits. 1 John 4:7: "Beloved, we love each other, for love is of God; and all who loves is born of God and knows God." This verse emphasizes the importance of love among the followers of Christ, just as Jesus teaches in John 15:12-13 that they must love each other as He loved them.
