James, 5

11. Behold, we call those happy who were steadfast. You have heard of the steadfastness of Job, and you have seen the purpose of the Lord, how the Lord is compassionate and merciful.

The apostle Paul encourages the faithful to pray continuously, both by themselves and others, demonstrating the importance of prayer in times of difficulty.

1 Peter 4:8: "First of all, however, he tends to be fiery to one another; for love covers a multitude of sins." Love and solidarity are fundamental in times of difficulty, such as those described in St. James 5, and Peter emphasizes the importance of loving each other and helping each other.

Philippians 4:6: "You are not restless for anything; before your petitions are in all known before God for prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving." Paul encourages Christians not to be overwhelmed by the difficulties of life, but to pray to God in all situations and thank their blessings.
