Deuteronomy, 17

18. But after he is raised to the throne of his kingdom, he shall copy out to himself the Deuteronomy of this law in a volume, taking the copy of the priests of the Levitical tribe,

Deuteronomy chapter 17 deals with justice and punishment for those who disobey the laws established by God. Leviticus 19:15: "You will not commit injustice in the judgment. You will not make the sense of people with the poor, nor will you lean before the great; with justice you will judge your neighbor."
