Amos, 9

5. And the Lord the God of hosts is he who toucheth the earth, and it shall melt: and all that dwell therein shall mourn: and it shall rise up as a river, and shall run down as the river of Egypt.

Amos 9 is the final chapter of the book of Amos, and in him the prophet presents God's vision about the future of Israel and his promise of restoration and blessings. Jeremiah 30:3 - "For, behold, the Lord, says, that I will make my people Israel and Judah return from captivity; This verse relates to the promise of restoration of Amos 9:14-15.

" This verse talks about the abundance that God promised Israel after its restoration, which relates to the promise of Amos 9:13-14.
