Acts, 10

22. Who said: Cornelius, a centurion, a just man, and one that feareth God, and having good testimony from all the nation of the Jews, received an answer of an holy angel, to send for thee into his house, and to hear words of thee.

Acts of the Apostles 10:43: "All prophets bear witness to him, that everyone who believes in him receives forgiveness of sins by his name." Here Peter proclaims that the forgiveness of sins is available to all those who believe in Jesus.

Acts of the Apostles 10:47-48: "Then Peter said, 'Can anyone refuse the water from baptism to these people who received the Holy Spirit in the same way as us?" And ordered them to be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ. Then they asked Peter to stay with them for a few days. " This verse shows that Peter recognized the validity of the faith of Cornelius and his family and baptized them in the name of Jesus Christ.
