Isaiah, 35

10. For the ransomed of Yahweh will return: with everlasting joy upon their heads, they will come to Zion singing, gladness and joy marching with them, while sorrow and sighing flee away.

Isaiah 35 is a chapter that talks about the restoration of the earth and the joy of God's people. The prophet Isaiah describes a scenario in which the desert blooms and joy replaces sadness. Luke 4:18: "The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, so he has anointed me to evangelize the poor; he sent me to proclaim liberation to the captives, and restoration of sight to the blind, to free the oppressed."
