2 Chronicles, 9

12. And King Solomon, in his turn, gave the queen of Sheba everything she expressed any wish for, besides returning what she had brought to the king. Then she went home, she and her servants, to her own country.

1 Kings 10:23: "Thus King Solomon exceeded all kings of the earth, both in riches and wisdom." This verse reinforces the main theme of 2 chronicles 9, which is the greatness of Solomon as king and his wisdom.

Psalm 72:1-2: "O God, give the King your judgments, and your righteousness to the Son of the King. Judge your people with righteousness, and your poor with judgment."
