Revelation, 18

22. And the sound of singers, and musicians, and flute and trumpet players shall not be heard in you again. And every artisan of every art shall not be found in you again. And the sound of the mill shall not be heard in you again.

Jeremiah 51:7: "Babylon was a golden chalice in the hands of the Lord, who drunk the whole earth. The nations drank from the wine of his wrath; so they are now crazy." This verse describes how Babylon was used by God to punish other nations, but now it will be punished itself.
