Matthew, 6

24. No one is able to serve two masters. For either he will have hatred for the one, and love the other, or he will persevere with the one, and despise the other. You cannot serve God and wealth.

Matthew 6:24: "No one can serve two gentlemen; for one will hate one and love the other, or devote himself to one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and money." Jesus warns his followers about the idolatry of money and the importance of serving only to God.

Luke 12:22-23: "Therefore, I say unto them, Do not worry about their own lives, as to what to eat or drink; or their own bodies, as to what to wear. It is not the more important life than food and the body more important than clothing? " Jesus teaches about the importance of trusting God to meet daily needs and not worry about the future.
