Ezekiel, 36

Ezekiel 36 deals with the future restoration of Israel. God says he will bring the people back to their land and make the earth fertile and productive. Moreover, God promises to clean the people of their impurities and give them a new heart. Here are five verses related to the themes of this chapter:
Isaiah 44:26 - "I confirm the word of my servant and keep the promise of my messengers; which I say of Jerusalem: it will be inhabited; and from the cities of Judah: they will be rebuilt, and I will restore them;" This verse talks about God's promise to rebuild the city of Jerusalem and the cities of Judah, which relates to the theme of restoration in Ezekiel 36.
Joel 2:25 - "And I will restore to you the years that ate the grasshopper, the locust, and the pulp and the caterpillar, my great army I sent against you." This verse talks about the restoration that God promises after a time of destruction, which relates to the message of Ezekiel 36.
Jeremiah 31:33 - "But this is the pact I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord, I will put my law within them and write it in their hearts. This verse talks about God's promise to gather the people of Israel back to their land, which relates to the restoration message in Ezekiel 36.
