Jeremiah, 2

20. For of old time I have broken thy yoke, [and] burst thy bands; and thou saidst, I will not transgress; when upon every high hill and under every green tree thou wanderest, playing the harlot.

Psalm 106:19-21: "They made a calf in Horeb, and worshiped the cast image. Thus they exchanged their glory by the figure of an ox that eats herb. Hosea 2:13: "She did not acknowledge that I was the one who gave her the wheat, the new wine and the oil, and multiply the silver and the gold, which they used for Baal." This verse describes how Israel forgot that God was the source of all his material blessings, giving his prosperity to Baal, a false God.
