Amos, 9

6. [It is] he that buildeth his stories in the heaven, and hath founded his troop in the earth; he that calleth for the waters of the sea, and poureth them out upon the face of the earth: The LORD [is] his name.

Amos 9 is the final chapter of the book of Amos, and in him the prophet presents God's vision about the future of Israel and his promise of restoration and blessings. Jeremiah 30:3 - "For, behold, the Lord, says, that I will make my people Israel and Judah return from captivity; This verse relates to the promise of restoration of Amos 9:14-15.

" This verse talks about the abundance that God promised Israel after its restoration, which relates to the promise of Amos 9:13-14.
