Esther, 13

27. But Mordecai, going forth from the palace and from the king’s presence, shone in royal apparel the color of hyacinth and of the sky, wearing a golden crown on his head, and clothed with a cloak of silk and purple. And all the city rejoiced and was joyful.

Daniel 2:37-38: "O king, you are king of kings; to whom the God of heaven has given the kingdom, power, strength, and glory. And wherever they dwell children of men, beasts of the countryside and Birds of heaven, he handed them into your hand, and made them dominate over them all; you are the golden head. " - This verse talks about the author's authority and power. In Esther chapter 7, King Ahasuero exercises his power to judge Haman and save Esther and his people.
