Deuteronomy, 32

51. For you trespassed against me in the midst of the sons of Israel, at the Waters of Contradiction, in Kadesh, in the desert of Sin. And you did not sanctify me among the sons of Israel.

Deuteronomy 32 It is a song that Moses sings to the people of Israel to remind them of the faithfulness of God and the punishments that can come upon them if they abandon the covenant with him. This chapter emphasizes the importance of obedience and justice, as well as divine care for its people and divine wrath against those who reject them.

Jeremiah 21:12: "O house of David, thus says the Lord, Practice justice in the morning, and deliver the oppressed from the oppressor's hand, that it will not come out of your wrath, which burns and no one erased it, because of the evil of your works. " The practice of justice is a central theme in Deuteronomy 32, and this verse emphasizes the importance of acting justice to prevent God's wrath.
