1 Kings, 9

6. But if you and your sons, wandering, will have turned away, not following me, and not keeping my commandments and my ceremonies, which I have proposed to you, but instead you go away, and you serve strange gods and adore them,

Versi relativi a 1 Kings, 9:

1 Kings 9 tells the Lord's answer to Solomon after the completion of the construction of the temple and the palace. The chapter deals mainly to the covenant between God and Solomon, as well as the fulfillment of the promises God made to David. In addition, it also mentions the business relationship between Solomon and Hiram, king of Tire.

2 Chronicles 7:14: "If my people, which is called by my name, humble themselves, pray and pursue my face and move away from their evil ways, from heaven I will hear him, forgive his sin and heal his earth .
