Wisdom of Solomon, 10

8. For those who forsook Wisdom first were bereft of knowledge of the right, And then they left mankind a memorial of their folly-- so that they could not even be hidden in their fall.

Proverbs 16:16 - "The better it is to acquire wisdom than gold! And the more excellent it is to acquire prudence than silver!" This verse highlights the superiority of wisdom on material wealth.

James 1:5-"And if any of you are lacking wisdom, ask it to God, who gives all liberally and not censorship, and will be given to him." This verse emphasizes that God is the donor of wisdom and that people should ask him when they need it.
