Jeremiah, 25

12. but when the seventy years have elapsed, I will punish the king of Babylon and the nation and the land of the Chaldeans for their guilt, says the LORD. Their land I will turn into everlasting desert.

Isaiah 51:17: "Awaken, awaken you! Get up, O Jerusalem, that you have drank from the hand of the Lord the chalice of your wrath; you drank, sugast, and let it exhaust." This verse presents an image similar to that of God's wrath, showing that the idea is not exclusive to Jeremiah.

Revelation 14:10: "He will also drink from the wine of the cholera of God, which has been prepared without mixing, in the chalice of his wrath; and will be tormented with fire and sulfur before the holy angels and before the lamb."
