This verse highlights the limitation of the annual ritual of atonement for the sins of the people, in contrast to the sacrifice of Jesus that was offered once and for all to purify the sins of humanity.
Isaiah 52:13-15: "Behold, my servant will proceed with prudence; it will be exalted, it will be high, it will be very sublime. Jeremiah 31:33: "But this is the pact that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord, I shall put my law within, and I will write it into His heart; and I will be your God and they will be my people. " This verse highlights God's promise to write his law in the heart of humanity, which is only possible through the sacrifice of Jesus.
