Jeremiah, 8

16. From Dan you can hear the snorting of his horses; at the neighing of his stallions the whole country quakes; they are coming to devour the country and its contents, the town and those that live in it.

Proverbs 28:13: "He who covers his transgressions will never prosper; but what confesses them and leaves them will reach mercy." This verse highlights the importance of confession and abandonment of sins, as a condition for God's mercy.

Isaiah 1:18: "Come, and let us, say the Lord; even if your sins are like scarlet, they will become white like snow; even if they are red as Carmesim, they will become like white wool. " This verse presents the offer of forgiveness and restoration that God makes to his people, even if his sins are many and serious.
