Baruch, 2

11. And now, Lord God of Israel, you who brought your people out of Egypt with a strong hand, with miracles and wonders and great power, you who stretched out your arm and made for yourself a name such as you have today,

Baruc 2 is an Old Testament chapter that presents a penitential prayer written by the prophet Baruc in the name of the people of Israel, who is suffering the consequences of exile in Babylon due to his disobedience to God.
