Leviticus, 12

28. But if the blotch remains in its place without spreading on the skin and is already dying out, it is merely the scab of the burn; the priest shall therefore declare the man clean, since it is only the scar of the burn.

Leviticus 12 deals with the purification of women after delivery. God gives Moses instructions on what women should do after giving birth to a boy or a girl, including the period of purification and the sacrifices that must be offered.
