Judite 6 reports the meeting of the rulers of neighboring cities to Israel to discuss the war that was taking place. Psalm 124:2-3: "If the Lord were not by our side when the enemies attacked us, they would have swallowed us alive, such was the fury they had against us." This psalm reflects the confidence of the Israelites in the protection of God in times of war.
Deuteronomy 20:1-4: "When you go to the war against your enemies and come horses and war cars, a greater army than yours, do not be afraid of them, for the Lord, your God, who took them from Egypt , it's with you. " This verse encourages the Israelites not to be afraid in battle, reminding them of God's presence in their lives.

O Lord, you are our God; that no man prevails against you. " This verse offers a prayer of trust to God in times of war, reminding us that our security comes from putting our trust in God.
