Judges, 14

17. But she wept beside him during the seven days the feast lasted. On the seventh day, since she importuned him, he told her the answer, and she explained the riddle to her countrymen.

Judges 14 tells the story of Samson, one of the judges of Israel, who asks his parents to look for a wife for him among the Philistines. They agree, but Samson falls in love with a woman who doesn't please her parents. During the wedding, Samson proposes a riddle to the party guests, who is only resolved with the help of Samson's wife. He gets furious and kills thirty Philistine men to fulfill the bet. Proverbs 14:15: "The fool believes in everything, but the prudent man knows how to think of his actions." Samson acts impulsively in judges 14, being carried away by their emotions and desires without considering the consequences of their actions.

Ecclesiastes 7:9: "Do not hurry to get angry, as irritation is at the root of many mistakes." Samson's anger at the puzzle of the puzzle leads him to act hastily and violently, killing thirty Philistine men.
