Jeremiah, 49

5. I am bringing terror upon you, says the Lord GOD of hosts, from all round about you; You shall be scattered, each man in headlong flight, with no one to rally the fugitives.

Chapter 49 of the book of Jeremiah brings a series of judgment prophecies against various neighboring nations of Israel, including Edom, Ammon, Moab and Babylon. The verses related to these themes are:

Isaiah 21:9: "Behold, a man comes in a car with a pair of horses. He calls them and says, 'Fell, Babylon fell; all the images of their gods were broken on the floor.'" This verse talks about Fall of Babylon, one of the nations that receives a judgment prophecy in Jeremiah 49.
