Deuteronomy, 24

19. "When you reap the harvest in your field and overlook a sheaf there, you shall not go back to get it; let it be for the alien, the orphan or the widow, that the LORD, your God, may bless you in all your undertakings.

James 5:4: "Behold, the salary of the workers who reaped your fields, and that you have been retained with fraud, is crying out; and the cries of the reaper have penetrated to the ears of the Lord of hosts." Isaiah 61:8: "For I, the Lord, love justice and hate theft and evil in its various forms. I will give you fair payment and make an eternal covenant with them." This verse highlights the importance of justice and condemns theft and exploitation.

1 John 3:17: "But if anyone has material resources and sees his brother, but he closes his heart to him, how can the love of God be in him?" This verse highlights the importance of helping those who are in need and not be selfish with our resources.

Matthew 6:14-15: "For if they forgive each other's offenses, heavenly Father will forgive you too. But if they do not forgive each other, the heavenly Father will not forgive your offenses." This verse highlights the importance of forgiveness and mercy, which is emphasized in Deuteronomy 24 regarding the cancellation of debt.
