Chapter 8 of the Gospel of Luke presents several parables and teachings of Jesus, including the well -known parable of the sower and the history of the cure of the woman who suffered from bleeding twelve years ago. Philippians 4:6-7: "Do not have anxious for anything; before, in everything, your known requests before God for prayer and supplication with thanksgiving; and the peace of God, which exceeds all understanding, will keep them your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. " This verse speaks of the importance of trusting God in times of anxiety and seeking His peace through prayer and gratitude.
