Ezekiel, 26

1. In the eleventh year, on the first of the month, the word of Yahweh was addressed to me as follows,

Ezekiel 26 contains a prophecy about the destruction of the city of Tire. The verses selected below are related to God's sovereignty and their ability to judge the nations:

Psalm 75:6-7: "In the hands of the Lord is a chalice full of sparkling wine, mixed with spices; He spills it, and all the wicked of the earth drink it to the end. from Jacob. " This verse points out that God has the power to judge the nations and punish the wicked, and that we must proclaim their sovereignty and praise him for it.

Isaiah 40:15: "Who can you compare God? What image can you resemble Him?" This verse emphasizes God's greatness and uniqueness, noting that there is nothing in the world that can compare to Him.

Daniel 4:35: "All peoples of the earth are like nothing before him. He acts as he pleases with the armies of heaven and the inhabitants of the earth. No one is able to resist his hand or question him: 'O What are you doing? '"This verse highlights God's sovereignty over all nations and your ability to act as you want with things created.

Micah 5:15: "With fury and wrath I will punish the nations that did not obey me." This verse emphasizes that God can and will punish nations that do not obey their commandments, showing their ability to judge everyone.

Matthew 28:18: "Then Jesus approached them and said, 'I was given all authority in heaven and on earth.'" This verse highlights the supreme authority of Jesus as Lord and ruler of all things, emphasizing His sovereignty over all nations and power to judge.
