Ezekiel, 18

7. And hath not oppressed any, [but] hath restored to the debtor his pledge, hath spoiled none by violence, hath given his bread to the hungry, and hath covered the naked with a garment;

Ezekiel 18 is a chapter that deals with personal responsibility before God and how he judges people according to his own actions, not for those of his parents or children. The chapter answers a common question at the time: "Why do parents suffer from their children's evils?" or "Why do children suffer from their parents' evils?"
