1 Chronicles, 12

2. [They were] armed with bows, and could use both the right hand and the left in [hurling] stones and [shooting] arrows out of a bow, [even] of Saul's brethren of Benjamin.

This verse speaks of the importance of being prepared for spiritual battle, which can be related to the physical and mental preparation that the warriors in 1 chronicles 12 must have had to fight Saul and his armies.
