Isaiah, 38

8. Behold I will bring again the shadow of the lines, by which it is now gone down in the sun dial of Achaz with the sun, ten lines backward. And the sun returned ten lines by the degrees by which it was gone down.

Isaiah 38 tells the story of King Hezekiah, who badly gets sick and receives the news that he will die soon. He prays to the Lord and asks him to grant him more life. Psalm 116:1-2-"I love the Lord, for he hears my voice and my supplication. For he leaned his ears into me, I will invoke him as long as I live." This verse shows the importance of prayer and trust in God. Hezekiah trusted God and prayed for healing, and was heard and answered by the Lord.
