Jeremiah, 3

12. Go, and proclaim these words toward the north, and you shall say: Return, O apostate Israel, says the Lord. For I will not avert my face from you. For I am holy, says the Lord, and I will not be angry forever.

Deuteronomy 30:2: "Then if they turn to the Lord, His God, and obey with all their hearts and all their souls, according to all that I command them today, the Lord, His God, will bless them." This verse shows that God's blessing comes to those who repent and obey Him with all their hearts.
