Jeremiah, 49

13. By my own self I have sworn, says the LORD: Bozrah shall become an object of horror and a disgrace, a desolation and a curse; she and all her cities shall become ruins forever.

Ezekiel 35:5: "Because you showed an eternal enmity and handed over the Israelites to the wire of the sword in the time of the final calamity, at the time of your final iniquity." This verse talks about the hostility that Edom showed to Israel, which will lead the nation to receive God's wrath in Jeremiah 49.
