Isaiah, 53

10. Yet it was the will of the LORD to bruise him; he has put him to grief; when he makes himself an offering for sin, he shall see his offspring, he shall prolong his days; the will of the LORD shall prosper in his hand;

Isaiah 53 is one of the most important chapters of the Bible, as it describes in detail the suffering and death of the suffering servant, which is identified as the Messiah. The following verses are related to the topics addressed in Isaiah 53:

Psalm 22:16: "For dogs surround me; a gathering of evildoers surrounds me; they pierced my hands and feet." This prophetic verse describes the crucifixion of Jesus, which was preached on the cross by his wrists and feet.
