Ezra, 6

9. And that which they have need of, both young bullocks, and rams, and lambs, for the burnt offerings of the God of heaven, wheat, salt, wine, and oil, according to the appointment of the priests which [are] at Jerusalem, let it be given them day by day without fail:

Chapter 6 of Ezra begins with King Darius confirming the decree of Ciro for the reconstruction of the temple in Jerusalem and ordering to be completed. Judah's enemies try to prevent construction again, but this time Governor Tatenai consults King Darius and receives order to allow the work to continue. Proverbs 21:1: "The king's heart is like a watery of waters in the hand of the Lord; he leans him wherever he wants." This verse talks about how God has control over the hearts of kings and can include them according to their will. Nehemiah 8:10: "And said unto them, Enter fat and drink sweetness, and send portions to those who have nothing prepared for themselves; for that day is consecrated to our Lord; therefore, do not sad joy of the Lord is your strength.
