Psalm 34:18: "Near the lord of those who have a broken heart and save those of the oppressed spirit." This verse talks about God's closeness to those who have a broken heart and oppressed spirit, showing that he is present in times of anguish.
Hebrews 4:16: "Let us therefore come with confidence to the throne of grace, that we may reach mercy and find grace to be helped in a timely manner." This verse encourages us to approach the throne of God's grace with confidence, that we may find mercy and grace in times of necessity.
