Zechariah, 6

12. And you will speak to him, saying: Thus says the Lord of hosts, saying: Behold, a man; the Rising is his name. And under him, he will rise up, and he will build a temple to the Lord.

Psalm 72:17: "Your name is blessed forever; as long as the sun lasts, your name remains; all peoples are blessed in him; all nations call him happy." This verse talks about the blessing that Messiah will bring to all nations of the earth, something that Zechariah also highlights in his vision.
