Colossians, 3

13. forbearing one another and, if one has a complaint against another, forgiving each other; as the Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive.

1 John 2:15-16: "Do not love the world or what is there. If someone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. Colossians 3:23-24: "Whatever they do, do with all their hearts, as for the Lord, and not to men, knowing that they will receive the reward of inheritance. " This verse talks about the importance of worrying more about internal character and virtues than external appearance.
