Hebrews 7 deals mainly on the priesthood of Melchizedek and how he relates to the priesthood of Jesus. The chapter highlights the superiority of the priesthood of Jesus in relation to the Levitical Priesthood, as well as the importance of his death and resurrection for the salvation of sins.
