Genesis, 11

6. And the LORD said, Behold, the people [is] one, and they have all one language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do.

Genesis 11 presents the history of the Tower of Babel, where Noah's descendants, still united in one tongue, decide to build a tower that came to heaven. Proverbs 21:30 - "There is no wisdom, no understanding, no advice against the Lord." This highlights the uselessness of men's attempt to build something that challenges God and His will.
