38. These are the sons of Joseph by their families. The sons of Benjamin in their kindreds: Bela, of whom is the family of the Belaites: Asbel, of whom is the family of the Asbelites: Ahiram, of whom is the family of the Ahiramites:

Genesis 46:8: "And these are the names of the children of Israel, who entered Egypt, Jacob and his children: Rúben, the firstborn of Jacob." This verse mentions the eldest son of Jacob, Rúben, who is also listed as Israel's firstborn in the census of numbers 26.
