Acts, 10

28. And he said to them: You know how abominable it is for a man that is a Jew, to keep company or to come unto one of another nation: but God hath shewed to me, to call no man common or unclean.

Acts of the Apostles 10:47-48: "Then Peter said, 'Can anyone refuse the water from baptism to these people who received the Holy Spirit in the same way as us?" And ordered them to be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ. Then they asked Peter to stay with them for a few days. " This verse shows that Peter recognized the validity of the faith of Cornelius and his family and baptized them in the name of Jesus Christ.
