Isaiah 37 is a chapter that tells the story of King Hezekiah in the midst of a great conflict with Senaqueribe, king of Assyria. In this chapter Hezekiah seeks God in prayer, asking for help and protection against enemies. God then responds to this prayer and protects Jerusalem, destroying the Assyrian army. Psalm 34:4: "I sought the Lord, and he answered me; he delivered me from all my fears." This verse talks about the pursuit of God in the midst of difficulties and how he can free us from fear. This relates to Isaiah 37, where Hezekiah seeks divine aid to face the Assyrian army.
2 Chronicles 20:12: "Ah! God, you will not judge you? For there is no strength in this great multitude that comes against us, and we do not know what we will do; but our eyes are put to you."
