Ezekiel, 37

8. And as I looked, there were sinews on them, and flesh had come upon them, and skin had covered them; but there was no breath in them.

John 11:25: "Jesus said unto him, I am the resurrection and life. He who believes in me, even though he dies, shall live." This verse talks about Jesus' promise to give eternal life to those who believe in Him, reinforcing the idea that God can bring life even to dry and dead bones.
