1 Chronicles, 20

2. And David took the crown of their king from his head; he found that it weighed a talent of gold, and in it was a precious stone; and it was placed on David's head. And he brought forth the spoil of the city, a very great amount.

Chapter 20 of 1 Chronicles records King David's victories over the Philistines and other enemies of Israel. David led the Israeli army in various battles and won several cities. Below are five verses related to the topics covered in this chapter:
