Matthew, 15

32. But Jesus called his disciples to him and said, 'I feel sorry for all these people; they have been with me for three days now and have nothing to eat. I do not want to send them off hungry, or they might collapse on the way.'

St. Matthew 15 talks about the controversies between Jesus and the Pharisees regarding religious rituals and traditions. Jesus teaches that what contaminates man is not what goes through his mouth, but what comes out of it, that is, the words and actions. He criticizes the Pharisees for following human traditions over God's commandments.
