Luke, 9

16. Jesus then took the five loaves and two fish, and raising his eyes to heaven, pronounced a blessing over them; he broke them and gave them to the disciples to distribute to the crowd.

He later feeds five thousand people with only five breads and two fish, reveals to his disciples that he will suffer and be killed, and teaches about the importance of humility and commitment to him. John 14:6 - "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father but for me.'" This verse is similar to the teaching of Jesus in Luke 9:50, where he says to his disciples, "He who is not against us is for us."
