1 Kings, 22

30. And the king of Israel said to Josaphat: Take armour, and go into the battle, and put on thy own garments. But the king of Israel changed his dress, and went into the battle.

The prophets of Ahab tell him that he succeeds in battle, but the prophet of the Lord, Micaiah, prophesies the defeat and death of Ahab. Hosea 4:6: "My people are being destroyed, because you lack knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge, I will also reject you, that you may not be a priest before me; I will forget your children. " This verse shows that the lack of knowledge and obedience to God's law can lead to the destruction of the people.

Amos 3:7: "Certainly the Lord God will do nothing without first revealing His secret to His servants, the prophets." This verse highlights the importance of the true prophets, who are chosen by God to receive their revelations and guidance.
