Isaiah, 37

9. The king of Assyria heard a report that Tirhakah, king of Ethiopia, had come out to fight against him. Again he sent envoys to Hezekiah with this message: "Thus shall you say to Hezekiah, king of Judah:

Isaiah 37 is a chapter that tells the story of King Hezekiah in the midst of a great conflict with Senaqueribe, king of Assyria. 2 Chronicles 20:12: "Ah! God, you will not judge you? For there is no strength in this great multitude that comes against us, and we do not know what we will do; but our eyes are put to you."
