Ezekiel, 36

22. Therefore say to the house of Israel: Thus says the Lord GOD: Not for your sakes do I act, house of Israel, but for the sake of my holy name, which you profaned among the nations to which you came.

Ezekiel 36 deals with the future restoration of Israel. God says he will bring the people back to their land and make the earth fertile and productive. Jeremiah 31:33 - "But this is the pact I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord, I will put my law within them and write it in their hearts.
